LOS ANGELES (February 13, 2017) – The Canyon Catalyst Fund (“CCF”) has entered into a joint venture with Irvine-based BKM Capital Partners (“BKM”). The firm is the fifth partner selected for CCF, the CalPERS real estate emerging manager program, which is managed by Canyon Partners Real Estate. BKM specializes in acquiring and repositioning multitenant industrial properties throughout the western United States. The CCF BKM partnership will target industrial property acquisitions in urban markets throughout California.
