Jacob Feingold is a Managing Director, Head of Originations within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Feingold joined Canyon in 2014 and oversees originations, structuring, and executing direct debt and equity real estate investments across the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Feingold serves as the Co-Portfolio Manager for the Canyon Evergreen Private Credit Fund. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Feingold worked at iStar Financial where he focused on structured real estate investments, development, and distressed opportunities. Mr. Feingold is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (B.B.A., honors) and Columbia Business School (M.B.A., honors).
