For over 25 years, CPRE has been a specialty lender to commercial real estate owners, operators and developers for middle market transactions within primary and secondary markets across the U.S. Our flexible capital, structuring expertise and deep operational perspective (courtesy of our in-house asset management team) allows us to craft bespoke financing solutions that are increasingly difficult for conventional lenders to provide.

CPRE specializes in originating debt capital for transitional real estate. We finance ground-up development, as well as acquisitions, lease-up projects, repositionings, refinancings and recapitalizations. Our originations span the capital structure, from senior loans to mezzanine loans and preferred equity. Additionally, we opportunistically acquire performing and non-performing loans.
