Sal Salehi

Sal Salehi is an Assistant Vice President within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. Salehi joined Canyon in 2022 and primarily focuses on originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing debt and equity investments in the Northeast U.S region. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Salehi worked within Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group where he was responsible for originating and underwriting structured debt investments. Mr. Salehi previously held positions at Fortress Investment Group, Thorofare Capital, and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Salehi is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University (BAs, Mathematics and Political Science).
